Spiral Dryer Fabrics

Spiral dryer fabrics are made of hydrolysis and abrasion resistant PET, however, their edges cannot be reinforced by PPS yarns. They are available in the range of air permeability from 150 to 900 CFM, depending on the type of filler wire inserted into spirals. The seam is composed of spirals of the same quality and strength as the dryer fabric. Spiral fabrics are suitable for drying positions where damage to the seam usually occurs. They have high diagonal stability and relatively even tension and air permeability profiles, even in the case of distortion.

Air permeability range: 100–800 CFM
Diameter of spiral yarns: 0,43 - 0.70 mm
Fabric caliper: 1,28 mm
