Seams for Dryer Fabrics

Spiral Seam

Most of our dryer fabrics contain the spiral seam. Strong and reliable, it is composed of a spiral woven into the fabric. The spiral is made of PEEK – 100% resistant to hydrolysis in a wide range of pH values.

In-line Loop Seam

In-line loop seam is usually part of the SlalomTex made of flat yarns. Loops of the seam are composed of warp yarns woven into the back of the fabric. The seam is at the same level with the fabric and non-marking.

• At the same level with the fabric
• Quick and easy seaming
• No marking

 

Folded Back Seam

Folded back seam is composed of a folded fabric and a PEEK spiral woven into the fold. Seam is strong, but used only rarely because of marking.
